Project Day for schools on 25th March 2010
Messe Sinsheim GmbH organises a “Project Day for Schools” on 25th March 2010, the first day of Faszination Modellbau Karlsruhe. The programme on this day is aimed at schoolchildren from 8 years upwards, and their teachers, from primary, secondary and technical schools and offers numerous workshops which bring the world of modelmaking closer to the children by teaching them the technical and physical connections in a playful way.
Around 1,000 schoolchildren will be registered for the various projects, organised in cooperation with exhibitors, who provide the products, materials and staff to run the workshop. The youngsters enjoy the introduction to technology and are eager to take part.
This year projects include the production of model gliders, dioramas, flying a model plane, and learning the techniques of RC cars or model ships.
